Karim Ben Cheikh is a Member of Parliament representing French citizens living abroad. His constituency spans several countries, making his website all the more essential it is often the primary way for constituents to follow his work and get in touch with him.
In 2025, we designed a website that takes this reality into account. The information is organized to address the specific needs of French citizens living abroad, covering updates on his parliamentary work, his visits to the various countries within his constituency, and issues that directly affect them.
The navigation is designed to be simple and fast, as visitors access the site from a wide range of environments sometimes with less-than-optimal internet connections. Consequently, the site is lightweight, mobile-friendly, and free of unnecessary clutter.
Special attention was given to contact channels, ensuring that anyone can reach the MP’s team, no matter where they are located.
This project required us to address a unique challenge: how to foster a sense of closeness with citizens spread across such a vast territory? The solution lies in a website that is clear, useful, and easy to maintain.
